Quite often there will be abbreviations or acronyms used. Here is a list of some of the common ones and what they mean:
DX - diagnosis
TX - treatment
OT - off treatment
COG - Children's Oncology Group
NWTSG or NWTS - National Wilms Tumour Study Group
FH - favorable histology
UFH or UF - unfavorable histology
ST - stage of tumour
NED - no evidence of disease
